Hajra Munir, Editor in Chief

In her fourth year as a Chatterbox staff member, Hajra Munir is enthusiastic to work as the Editor in Chief.  Munir's goal this year is to support the entire staff while helping them find a new passion for journalism.

Munir's previous journalism experience includes Newswriting 1, Newswriting 2, staff writer for peanuts, section editor of sports, and managing editor of student life.  One of Munir’s favorite Chatterbox experiences was going to LA for the National Journalism Convention

Munir also enjoys photography and traveling and hopes to continue both after high school.

Munir wishes to attend Northwestern to major in journalism or communications.

Fences have been removed around the tennis courts to make way for the heavy machinery needed for the installation of the “bubble.” This new indoor space will provide the school with options for
testing and lunch. Crews are working to prepare the area for installing of the enclosure that will create indoor tennis courts on campus.
