Kat Swift

Kat Swift, Managing Editor of Viewpoints

In her third year as a Chatterbox staff member, SENIOR Kat Swift is thrilled to work as the Managing Editor of Viewpoints. This year she is so excited to introduce new staff members to the joys of journalism and to produce content that she can be proud of.

In the past, Swift has taken Newswriting 1 and 2, been a writer for the News and been a Section Editor for Peanuts and News.

When not in the newsroom you can find Swift in the music wing of the building where she is a part of both Women’s Choir and Chamber Orchestra or hunched over in a corner somewhere studying.

Swift has no idea what the future may hold in terms of college or a career but hopes that she figures it out soon (hopefully). All she knows is that she wants to explore every career path she can.

In her free time, you can catch Swift binge-watching nerdy tv shows, attempting to bake (and doing it poorly), drinking tea, or listening to music.
