Aside from a semester-long journalism course in the ninth grade and the occasional rant on the Opinions and Style and Culture pages, Ellerhorst has frankly had minimal prior experience with journalism. However, she is excited to venture into the unknown and gain a few skills along the way
When she’s not tackling mountains of homework, Ellerhorst is an average delegate in Model UN, a subpar member of the Academic Quiz Team, and a critic for the Cappies of Greater Cincinnati. She also serves as president of the Slavic and Russian, or TSAR, Culture Club, which she helped found.
Ellerhorst would like to attend a large university, and aspires to pursue a career in the field of international relations.
Ellerhorst enjoys eating world cuisine, binging 80s movies, and writing contemplative essays she hopes no one ever has to read.
