Tuula Hicks captures lead role in “The Piano Lesson”

Finn Riordan, ‘26, is the co-founde, singer and guitarist of Hot Rileys. “He’s versatile,” Clark Sayre, ‘26, said. “I’ve heard him sing in choir, but I’ve also heard him sing like rock music he’s able to do both so well… But if you played two recordings of him singing in those different styles, you wouldn’t even know they were the same person, so he really can use his voice in amazing ways.”

Violin virtuoso

Declan and Indigo’s love for Irish culture expands outside of music. “Every Saint Patrick’s Day we mix soda bread,” Indigo said. “So we make that and we play some little [tunes] together.”

Madison Scruggs', '27, favorite painting is "Smiling Inside," her first official oil painting. "In times of darkness and fear, we often turn to the familiar: the smile, the laughter, the facade that hides our true selves," Scruggs' artist's statement said. "It's easier to wear a mask than to confront the choices that loom ahead - to face the vulnerability of revealing who we truly are."
