Ryleigh Sanborn

Ryleigh Sanborn, Managing Editor of Public Relations

Junior Ryleigh Sanborn has been on Chatterbox for three and a half years as a photographer, writer and editor. Sanborn served as the section editor of sports for the past two years.This year, in addition to providing support to the sports team, she is Managing Editor of Public Relations,

Her main goal for this year is to expand the audience for the chatterbox through social media.. Sanborn was featured as a part of a Channel Nine news feature after having photographed and covered the 2018 Cincinnati mayoral debates.

Sanborn is on the WHHS field hockey and lacrosse teams. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, attending WHHS sports games and watching movies as well as listening to music. 

Her future goals are to college and possibly major in photography, public relations or psychology.

Ticket sales at spring sports games are significantly less when compared to winter sports games. This could be caused by a lack of spirit for these sports, or the preoccupation of students with their studies.

SENIOR Jowon Briggs is well known for his athletic prowess and achievements on the field. He received offers from schools such as University of Alabama and Ohio State before committing to the University of Virginia. Aside from football, Briggs also holds many creative interests, including acting, and his performance in Ragtime led Anthony Nims to recruit him to join the choir program.
