In her third year as a Chatterbox contributor, and now a full time staff member, Sabine Verhaak is excited to work as a sports writer. She hopes to become more experienced at journalism and write many more articles for the school newspaper.

Verhaak is also passionate at sports and she currently is on the school soccer team and track team.

In the future Verhaak hopes to become a professional athlete and earn a degree for teaching modern history. She also hopes to keep on writing for news publications.

While not busy with school or sports, Verhaak enjoys reading romance novels and historical novels. She also likes to watch Rom-Coms with her family while consuming bowl of popcorn. Finally, she (gasp) loves to tidy and organize things.
