Shiv Malhotra, News and Features Section Editor

In his third year as a Chatterbox staff member, Shiv Malhotra is excited to work as the Section Editor of News and Features. He hopes to help the Chatterbox cover major current events and engaging stories ranging from the local level at Walnut Hills and the Greater Cincinnati Area to stories at the International level.  

Malhotra has previously served as a writer for the Peanuts Section, the News and Features Section, and the Public Relations Manager on the Chatterbox. He is a member of the Quill and Scroll International Honors Society and has previously interned at WCPO under the Minority Summer Internship Program. 

Malhotra serves as the Vice President of Walnut Hills High School’s Student Congress Executive Board and the Vice President of the Group Processing Club and is a member of the Model United Nations club, Junior Engineering Technical Society, Men’s Golf Team, and the Junior Classical League. 

He hopes to study either International Relations or Political Science while on a Pre-Med track in college. Malhotra additionally enjoys hanging out with his friends, trying new food, and playing sports. 

He is very excited for a great year on The Chatterbox.
