In his first year as a Walnut Student Media publications staff member, Joshua Scharff is excited to work as a broadcast journalist. His goal this year is to learn more about journalism. 

Scharff also is a part of mens’ varsity water polo and swimming and is a part of the baseball program. 

Scharff hopes to incorporate parts of journalism into college and his post-college career. 

Scharff enjoys spending time with friends and family or go take photos when not doing any of those activities.
