After three years as a member of the Remembrancer staff, Cydney Emery feels very bittersweet about leaving everything behind but is proud of all the work she has done. 

In her three years on staff, Emery has been a Student Life section member, Monthlies section editor, and sprung to Editor-in-chief all while being a Quill and Scroll Honor society member all of her years on staff. She hopes that next year’s staff can improve even better than this year and create a book that they are all proud of.

Emery hopes to carry her compassion and leadership skills she learned while being on REM staff with her throughout the rest of her life. She is forever thankful for the learning opportunities being on REM staff has given her.

Emery will be attending the University of Cincinnati to study speech language pathology in the fall.
