American rapper and businessman Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter has been accused of raping and drugging a 13-year-old in 2000. He was named in a lawsuit along with rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Tony Buzbee, the attorney of the anonymous plaintiff ‘Jane Doe,’ has filed a federal lawsuit against Carter, claiming Doe was brought to a house party, which included recreational drug use. Allegedly, Carter proceeded to spike her drink and rape her while Combs watched nearby.
The suit also claimed there was another unnamed female celebrity and that Combs later raped her with Carter standing by. Both Combs and Carter have denied these claims. Carter replied, calling the allegations “heinous,” according to a statement he made to NBC News.
