As Hurricanes Helene and Milton continue to cause devastation, the introduction of Hurricane Oscar causes another rise in concern.
Oscar began in Senegal and has been the smallest hurricane on record, with a maximum wind speed of 35 mph.
The National Hurricane Center declared that Oscar had downsized to a tropical storm after it passed through Cuba.
Models show that the storm is predicted to pass by the United States as it heads towards Bermuda.
Although Oscar has downsized, the immense amount of rain in both Cuba and the Bahamas could lead to flash flooding.
