On Feb. 11, Super Bowl LVIII was held in Las Vegas, Nev. The Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in a close game, with a score of 25-22.
It was the second overtime game in Super Bowl history, in which the quarterback for the Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes, sent a touchdown pass to wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr.
The halftime show featured American singer-songwriters Usher and Alicia Keys, who sang early 2000s hits such as “Yeah!” and “My Boo.”
Many other celebrities attended the game, including Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Gwen Stefani.
Beyonce also announced a new country album dropping on March 29 during a Verizon ad, and released two singles: “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages,” a nod to her Texan roots. For more information, visit CNN.
