Mary Urbas, Remembrancer Staff
During her three years as a member of the Remembrancer yearbook staff, and first year as a member of the Chatterbox staff, Mary Urbas, class of 2024, is proud of the work she’s put into Walnut’s journalism program and is thankful for the fun she’s had on staff. In the future, she hopes the publications continue to share the voice of all Walnut students.
In her previous two years on the Remembrancer staff, Urbas was a Student Life section member and was the section editor of Clubs. In her final year on staff, she was the managing editor of Groups.
On staff, she has learned the importance of working with others and found the value in sharing the stories of Walnut.
Urbas plans to attend college after graduation studying early childhood education.
