Wally Hill: on political views

The name is Wally Hill and I am a senior among you watching, listening, taking in everything at WHHS. To be honest, the first idea for this article was politics.

But then I realized how much I hate politics. I hate the idea of it. I hate that people don’t accept others beliefs. I hate that it’s closed off. Personally, I don’t care for politics.

I think they are foolish, rubbish really. But what really grinds my gears is that no one listens to each other and expect to get what he or she wants. Things like that can’t work in a country like America.

Politics shouldn’t be a thing that no one should talk about. Humans should be able to talk about politics and views without getting angry with people.

One cannot expect to want the right for arms if not wanting to grant the right for an abortion. They’re both based on the same concepts. One should have the right to wear a “MAGA” hat and not get hated for it.

Just because someone’s belief don’t match your own doesn’t give the right to say that it is wrong.

— Wally Hill

Just because someone’s belief don’t match your own doesn’t give the right to say that it is wrong. It’s common sense and really it’s respect.

This is a problem that people won’t budge on. I know, I’ve seen it. For those who refuse to understand, I am sorry. I wish, somehow, you could understand.

You don’t have to accept it but you can understand. You choose not to and for that I am truly sorry.

Salutations,

Wally Hill

P.S- I made it out the basement. Now, I am a watch eagle of room 2306. I am forever here.
