In her first year as a Walnut Student Media publications staff member, Rylin Matthews is dedicated to work as a staff writer. She is excited to work on the yearbook and improve her writing skills.

Matthews likes to write short stories, edit and create videos.

She is also passionate about animals, art, reading and the German language.

Her hopes are to attend UC and someday become a lawyer.
