Teenager faces murder and sexual assault charges

Timothy Hudson, the 16-year-old who sexually assaulted his 18-year-old stepsister Anna Kepner on a cruise ship last November, was charged with murder on April 13.

After five months of various trials, Hudson has been prosecuted as an adult, which is extremely rare for minors.

Hudson is currently residing with an uncle, under supervision of an ankle monitor.
