Viral meeting between New York Mayor-elect Mamdani and President Trump

A meeting between New York Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani and President Donald Trump on Friday, Nov. 21 led to a viral Oval Office press conference raking in millions of views around the world.

In an unexpected turn of events, the two seemed to be on incredibly friendly terms, surprising reporters and the public.

Many viral moments include Trump allowing Mamdani to call him a fascist when responding to a reporter’s question.

“That’s OK, you can just say yes,” Trump said, smiling at Mamdani, “It’s easier than explaining.”

After the meeting, Mamdani stated that, “everything that I’ve said in the past, I continue to believe,” on Sunday, Nov. 23 in “Meet the Press” with NBC News, referring to the negative terms he has used to describe Trump in the past.
