The Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore collapsed on March 26 due to a collision with an out-of-control cargo ship.
The ship had lost power shortly after departing the harbor, resulting in it barreling towards one of the support beams with no means of steering away.
Though the bridge was shut off and cleared of any cars before the crash, six missing workers on the bridge have been declared dead. Each of these workers hailed from a Latin American country, such as Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico.
As of now, workers are currently removing the remains of the bridge from the river, not only causing traffic issues but also creating economic hardships for Baltimore, which relies heavily on its shipping industries.
